Effect of Converter Dust on Phosphorus Migration Behavior in Molten Iron

The results show that when proportion in oxidant increases from 0 25%, decreases 50.8% 38.71%, 50% after adding fluorite. increase will lead phosphorus-rich RO iron-rich phase, which affect effect. When increased 0% Q0(Si), Q0(P), Q1(P) [FeO6]9− structures increased, beneficial diffusion slag, but unfavorable migration phosphorus. addition, fluorite experiment with 25% ash, it found molar fractions Q1(Si), Q3(Si), Q0(P) Q2(P) migrating into silicon-oxygen network gradually increased. This study can provide reference steel enterprises realize secondary utilization ash.
